    Maciej Noga

    Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Pracuj Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.].

    He is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Pracuj Group and a co-founder of the company. Currently, as a Partner of the Group’s Innovation Fund, he is responsible for investments in new projects outside the core business. He has been with the company since its inception, first as a Marketing Director and then for 5 years as a Chief Innovation and Strategic Growth Officer. He is a co-founder and Partner of the angel investment fund – HedgeHog Fund, Ataraxy Ventures. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of the MOC Fund. He is also a co-founder and Partner of Valores, the first venture philanthropy fund in Poland. He graduated with honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA. He is a graduate of Management and Marketing at the University of Economics in Katowice, and Marketing and Marketing Strategies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

    John is a General Partner at TCV, London. He has been dealing with investments in software, Internet, and fintech industries. Except for The Pracuj Group, John also invests in Believe,, NewVoiceMedia, Perfecto and WorldRemit. He was previously an investor at Summit Partners. His career had started back from investment banking at Morgan Stanley, while later on he moved to New York City.

    Maciej Filipkowski

    Maciej Filipkowski has been involved in over twenty companies and startups, acting as a business angel, investor or co-founder. He worked as a Deputy CEO and Head of IT & Mobile in Samsung Electronics Poland, dealing with establishing and implementing of the business strategy for all mobile devices, including IT products, mobile phones, tablets and cameras. Prior to the date he joined Samsung, he had been holding the position of a Regional Director in DELL, being responsible for 27 markets. Earlier on, for many years, he had been the General Manager of the Polish branch. He is a MBA graduate at INSEAD, France.

    Wojciech Stankiewicz

    Former Partner in McKinsey & Company, Poland, where he spent 15 years, including seven spent as a Partner. Responsible for corporate finance and corporate governance, as well as supervision of recruitment processes. Additionally, he was the CEO of Cersanit/ Rovese SA, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Presently operational as an investor and transaction advisor; co-owner of Vertigo Investments, an investment house.

    Grażyna Rzehak

    Grażyna is the Supervisory Board member of Grupa Pracuj and member of Advisory Board at Digital University. For over twenty years she held different strategic positions in the areas of HR, sales and business development in large international companies, such as Unilever, ICI/Akzo Nobel, Grupa Żywiec/Heineken. Recently, as Chief Operations & People Officer, in her executive role she was supporting her colleagues from Management Board of Grupa Pracuj in the area of strategic business decisions, investments, organizational development and talent strategy for the entire capital group. She also supported various organizations in the areas of business strategy, change management, mergers and acquisitions, strategic human resources management as well as internal and external communication. Grazyna was also a coach and mentor for number of management board members of Polish and international companies. Grażyna graduated from Wrocław University of Technology and Michigan Technological University. She has also completed postgraduate and managerial trainings at Warsaw University of Technology, Business Strategy & HR Management at Harvard Business School and International Management Program organized by European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).
