    Maciej Noga

    Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. [Ltd.].

    He is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Pracuj Group and a co-founder of the company. Currently, as a Partner of the Group’s Innovation Fund, he is responsible for investments in new projects outside the core business. He has been with the company since its inception, first as a Marketing Director and then for 5 years as a Chief Innovation and Strategic Growth Officer. He is a co-founder and Partner of the angel investment fund – HedgeHog Fund, Ataraxy Ventures. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of the MOC Fund. He is also a co-founder and Partner of Valores, the first venture philanthropy fund in Poland. He graduated with honours from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA. He is a graduate of Management and Marketing at the University of Economics in Katowice, and Marketing and Marketing Strategies at the Warsaw School of Economics.

    In years 2009-2019, John Doran was the Vice-Chairman of Summit Partners in the UK, an entity investing in companies from the software sector, financial sector and companies operating in the Internet sector. At Summit Partners, John Doran was responsible for, among other things, identifying potential investments for this entity. He has been a general partner at TCV since 2012 an entity investing in companies in the software sector, fintech and companies operating in the Internet industry. As part of his activities at TCV, John Doran’s responsibilities include leading transactions and actively managing portfolio companies on behalf of TCV. In 2000, John Doran graduated with a BA in Economics from Harvard College and completed his MBA at Harvard Business School in 2007.

    Wojciech Stankiewicz

    Former Partner in McKinsey & Company, Poland, where he spent 15 years, including seven spent as a Partner. . In McKinsey he has implemented and overseen strategy, operations and organization projects in a number of industries including banking, telecommunications, retail, consumer goods and the public sector. He also participated in the work of the Polish Institute of Directors. . He has worked in over a dozen countries, including a year at the McKinsey office in New York. After leaving McKinsey, from 2009 to 2011 he was a partner at the advisory and investment company, Metropolitan Capital Solutions. In 2011 he took over as President of the Management Board of Cersanit S.A./Rovese S.A.. He left Cersanit in 2013 and since then has been a partner in a transaction advisory and investment house Vertigo Investments where he focuses on M&A transactions and investments in companies from the SME segment, often in need of restructuring. At the same time he conducts his own investment activities. International Offering Memorandum of Grupa Pracuj S.A.. He is an alumni of Foreign Trade Department of the Warsaw School of Economics where obtained a Master’s degree and completed his studies with distinction. He also studied at the City University Business School in London. In 1995 he completed with distinction MBA course at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He is fluent in English and German, he also speaks French and Spanish.

    Przemysław Budkowski is an independent member of the Supervisory Board. Founder and CEO of merXu, a B2B commerce platform in the CEE region helping small and medium-sized entrepreneurs develop online sales in EU markets. Previously, in the years 2009-2018, associated with Allegro Group, the largest technology company in the CEE region and one of the largest employers in the area of product development and technology, as President of Management Board of Allegro.pl and Ceneo.pl and within the Naspers Group as VP Marketplaces responsible for European marketplace transaction services. Prior to Allegro, he worked at Google as CEE Product Marketing Manager for Ireland, USA and Poland, where he was responsible for developing and promoting the company’s new products and services in CEE region. He started his career as an analyst at Equant (Orange Business Services). Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee in Eurocash.

    Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska

    Member of the Supervisory Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. [Ltd.].

    Chairman of the Supervisory Board of mBank and of the Presidential and Nomination Committee, on which she has served since 2014, also serving as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. At the same time, she serves as chairwoman of the Audit Committee of Ghelamco Invest since 2020. In 2018-2019, she was Vice Chair of the Supervisory Board of TransEU, from 2019 to 2021 Member of the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee of Budimex S.A., from 2008 to 2014 she was a Member of the Supervisory Board and a Member of the Audit, Remuneration and Investment Committee of Bank BPH, and in the years 2006-2008 she was the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bumar. She started her professional career at Arthur Andersen (in the Audit and Business Consulting Department). In the years 2006-2010, she was Director of Privatization in the Industrial Agency for Industrial Development, responsible for corporate governance of portfolio companies in the aerospace and defence sector. She is a professor at the Warsaw School of Economics, where she lectures and conducts research on corporate governance, institutional economics, and economics and law.

    Mirosław Stachowicz

    Miroslaw Stachowicz graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (where he graduated with a masters degree in 1996), the Johns Hopkins University (Bologna branch) and the Carleton University in Ottawa. He also holds an International Directors diploma from INSEAD. Miroslaw gained his first working experience in consulting in 1989, at the Conference Board of Canada, Ottawa, and the Central Europe Trust, London. He then began his corporate career at Bestfoods Europe in Brussels, and since 1994 has been managing businesses of FMCG multinationals in Central and Eastern Europe. He has managed Bestfoods Romania, Imperial Chemical Industries Poland, Imperial Chemical Industries CEE & Russia and Akzo Nobel Central Europe. Since 2016, he has been Group CEO of Stock Spirits PLC. Since 2007, Miroslaw has been non-executive director of private and public companies, including, among others: Stock Spirits, CCC, Paged, Harper Hygenics, Grupa Pracuj and Nitroerg. International Offering Memorandum of Grupa Pracuj S.A. Miroslaw has been active in a range of non-profit initiatives, including serving as the founding president of the Oncology 2025 think tank.
