Dates for publication of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces dates for publication of periodic reports in 2025:

I. Standalone and consolidated annual report for year 2024 – 27 March 2025.

II. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – 27 May 2025.

III. Consolidated semi-annual report for first half of 2025 – 28 August 2025.

IV. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 – 20 November 2025.

At the same time the Company informs that:

a) pursuant to § 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the “Regulation”), the Company will not publish quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports for the last quarter of 2024, as well as second quarter of 2025; and

b) pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include, respectively, quarterly and semi-annual condensed standalone financial statements; hence the Company will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and separate standalone semi-annual report.
