Change of the date for publication of periodic report for the first half of 2024

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs about the change of the date of publication by the Company of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2024. 

According to the current report no. 01/2024 dated January 23, 2024 the originally scheduled publication date for this report was August 29, 2024. The new date for the publication of the consolidated semi‑annual report for the first half of 2024 is set for August 28, 2024. 

The other dates for publication of periodic reports announced in the current report no. 01/2024 of January 23, 2024 remain unchanged.

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
