Registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles of Association

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today the Company received the decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register regarding registration on July 17, 2025 in the National Court Register of the amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association adopted based on the resolutions no. 20/2025 and 23/2025 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 16, 2025 (the „Resolutions”). About the adoption of the Resolutions the Management Board informed in the current report no. 15/2025 of June 16, 2025.

The amendments to the Articles of Association that were registered are indicated in attachment 1 to this report.

Furthermore, Company’s Management Board informs that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company dated June 16, 2025 by the resolution no. 24/2025 also adopted the consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association. The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association constitutes attachment 2 to this report.
