Change of the date for publication of periodic report for the first half of 2025

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs about the change of the date of publication by the Company of the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2025. 

According to the current report no. 01/2025 dated January 20, 2025 the originally scheduled publication date for this report was August 28, 2025. The new date for the publication of the consolidated semi‑annual report for the first half of 2025 is set for August 26, 2025. 

The other dates for publication of periodic reports announced in the current report no. 01/2025 of January 20, 2025 remain unchanged.

§ 84 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
