Supplement to the current report no. 7/2025 of May 13, 2025 regarding the summary of the private subscription of series D shares of the Company

With reference to the current report no. 7/2025 dated May 13, 2025 (the “Report”) and in connection with the receipt of a breakdown and approval of all costs of the entities involved in preparing and conducting the private subscription of the Company’s series D ordinary bearer shares (the “Series D Shares”) issued based on the issuance resolution of the Company’s Management Board about which the Company informed in current report no. 4/2025 dated April 2, 2025, the Management Board of the Company hereby makes public a supplement to the content of the Report with respect to information contained in items 12) and 13) of the Report regarding the issue costs.

12.        The amount of total costs that have been included in the cost of the issue:

The costs that have been included in the total cost of the issue amounted to PLN 110,804.75 including:

a) costs of preparing and conducting of the offering – PLN 110,804.75;

b) underwriters’ fees – not applicable;

c) costs of preparing of the prospectus, including advisory costs – not applicable;

d) offering’s marketing costs – not applicable.

Issue costs borne by the Company were included in Company’s operating expenses in 2025.

13.        The average cost of conducting the subscription per unit of the security within the subscription:

The average cost of conducting the subscription per Series D Share amounted to PLN 0.11.
