Receipt of notification of transactions made by person discharging managerial responsibilities

Legal basis: Art. 19 section 3 of MAR - information on transactions conducted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) informs that the Company received notification of transactions on Company’s shares referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from person discharging managerial responsibilities – Mr. Rafał Nachyna, Member of the Management Board of the Company.
