Receipt of notifications of transactions made by person discharging managerial responsibilities and person closely associated with person discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on 6th and 7th October, 2025 the Company received notifications of transactions on Company’s shares referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC from: 

(i) person discharging managerial responsibilities – Mirosław Stachowicz, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, and  

(ii) Fundacja Rodzinna KMJK w organizacji – person closely associated with Mirosław Stachowicz, Memebr of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
