Receipt of the notification based on Article 69 and 69a of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 26, 2023 received from Fundacja Rodzinna MAN w organizacji and Maciej Noga the notification on the change of share in the total number of votes at the general meeting of the Company based on (i) Article 69 (1) (1) of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments Into an Organised Trading System and on Public Companies (the “Act on Public Offering”), (ii) Article 69 (1) (2) of the Act on Public Offering, and (iii) Article 69a (1) (3) of the Act on Public Offering. The notification concerns the transfer of Company’s shares by Maciej Noga to Fundacja Rodzinna MAN w organizacji by way of a donation.
