Receipt of notifications of transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on January 19 and 20, 2023 the Company received notifications of transactions on Company’s shares referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of The Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (“MAR”) from the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities: (i) Przemysław Gacek – President of the Management Board of the Company, (ii) Maciej Noga – Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, (iii) Rafał Nachyna – Member of the Management Board of the Company and (iv) Gracjan Fiedorowicz – Member of the Management Board of the Company.

The notifications concern free of charge transfer of part of Company’s shares held by the abovementioned persons for the benefit of members of the senior management of the Company and companies in its capital group. The Company informed about the receipt of information on the intention to make said transactions in the current report no. 01/2023 dated January 5, 2023.
