Adoption by the Ordinary General Meeting of June 15, 2023 of the resolution on payment of the dividend

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs that on June 15, 2023 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted the resolution on payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 102,397,539.00, i.e. in the amount of PLN 1.50 per share.

Number of shares covered by the dividend is 68,265,026 shares.

Ordinary General Meeting determined June 30, 2023 as the dividend date and set the dividend payment date for July 14, 2023.
